Position Summary

Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage a team of Client Partners responsible for delivering Professional Services, booking and revenue targets, and managing client relationships in an assigned territory. Candidates will be responsible for achieving revenue goals on a continuous basis by managing, building, and developing a pipeline of professional services sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals by active engagement in sales pursuits and working side by side with team members.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and demand generation plan for the team and assigned territory
  • Grow customer share and pipeline within assigned customer accounts selling Hexagon’s services
  • Responsible for forecasting team bookings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and close strategic revenue opportunities within assigned account base/territory
  • Build the appropriate team for each account, coordinating Hexagon personnel, including presales, consultants, services, etc., to drive value into the client base and close sales
  • Develop and maintain close business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Manage, develop and own customer satisfaction for existing clients

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of successful track record in enterprise software sales, professional services preferred
  • 5+ years experience managing sales teams
  • Demonstrate a passion for the company, solutions, customers, and goals
  • Motivation to expand personal and professional knowledge of product and sales skills
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Create and nurture strong collaborative relationships across sales, delivery, and operations organizations
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technology sales management experience demonstrated leadership skills
  • SaaS or Cloud services sales experience
  • ERP experience
  • Professional Services delivery experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
